My property was being re-rented in August and the estate agent started open houses and the property was rented for considerably less than previous rent. I accepted that due to current climate. However when I popped by, the bathroom desperately needed to be painted. Had the estate agent informed me I would have re-painted before viewings. I have no doubt this considerably affected the viewing and ultimately the rental price I was able to get for my property. Really disappointing.

On top of this, the estate agent did not advise me when repairs were required and the first I heard was when money was deducted. Again - so disappointing.

I would rate Carl Wilson at 5 star for all the above. His market knowledge was excellent as were his communication skills, credibility, and negotiation skills. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the sale and contribute the success to the commitment and professionalism Carl displayed in all dealings with me and interested buyers over the past weeks and would certainly recommend him to prospective clients.

"Home" says it all. My wife and I have dealt with John and the team at Home Estate Agents for the past 3.5 years. We have tenanted a property that he manages, leased our investment property and recently sold our investment property with Home.
