Due to reasonable wear & tear, the house needed a full repaint, recarpet and many other small things to be done. Carl was able to make the entire process very smooth and stress free. The house now has new tenants for an improved rental and minimal vacancy. We could not speak highly enough of Carl and his team!

I've been with Home for over 6.5 years and wouldn't change. On a day to day basis it's great and Andrew, who runs the company is amazing. However, as the company has grown and with staff turnovers the experience of tenancy change has dropped. I recently changed tennants and had expressed to the manager I'm not in a position to have a vacant property so was dissapointed to see my latest rental statement where the new tenant has pushed out the start date by 2 weeks without my knowing.
