It is the first time I have rented my unit and they were always quick to answer any questions or concerns and the responses were always honest and spot on.
My unit was rented for exactly the amount of rent we had discussed. The unit was presented prominently on line and was rented out very quickly even though I had been told by another agent that firstly I would have to accept a much lower rental and that secondly it could take a "long" time to find a tenant.
It is my belief that Home Estate Agent's confident, professional and genuinely caring attitude resulted in the positive result for all parties involved, and for that I am very appreciative.
