We have recently rented out our house through Andrew, we were apprehensive with the process as we have just built a beautiful house and less than a year later we are moving interstate. From the first phone call Andrew was wonderful, he was reassuring and totally at ease with the process which made me feel calmer and more relaxed. We have had the pleasure of using the incredible service of home estate for more than 2 years. They manage our rented property. They met me promptly after my first phone call, inspected the property, provided an enormous amount of advice On getting the property suitable for renting, fireproof to standards etc. They provided excellent advice on the market and a suitable price range.

They contacted me regularly after interviewing several clients and provided recommendations within only a couple of weeks, and we had the property rented. When the last couple left we only had 2 days without rent before a new client was engaged, due to their efficiency and planning ahead.

They went out of their way to satisfy our needs and liaise with our leasing client. They are prompt with repairs and have a number of excellent tradesmen. They even negotiated with strata when strata were slow to follow up on issues.
